With more than 14 years of nursing experience, Urvashi Shah specializes in advanced vascular access procedures including PICC line placement, Midlines, and difficult IV access. As a Board Certified specialist, she combines clinical precision with compassionate bedside care to improve patient outcomes across the San Francisco Bay Area.

Tiara brings extensive clinical expertise across Medical-Telemetry, Neuro Step-Down, Wound Care, and Vascular Access. Dedicated to evidence-based practice and CLABSI prevention, she ensures that every procedure delivers hospital-level expertise with the highest standards of Safety, Precision, and Compassion.
We are a nurse-owned, mobile clinical practice. Instead of requiring patients to be transferred to emergency departments or surgical suites, we bring operating-room-level sterile drapes, SonoSite ultrasound equipment, and bedside ECG confirmation directly to the patient's bedside.
We provide 24/7 mobile bedside coverage across Dublin, Pleasanton, Livermore, San Ramon, Danville, Oakland, Fremont, and San Jose, serving facilities throughout Alameda County, Contra Costa County, and Santa Clara County.
All procedures strictly adhere to the Infusion Nurses Society (INS) Standards of Practice, CDC infection prevention guidelines, and maximal sterile barrier precautions to minimize CLABSI risks.
