Who we are. Rapid Vascular Access Nursing Corporation ("we," "us") is a nurse-owned mobile vascular access provider based in Dublin, California.

1. Acceptance of Terms. By accessing this website or requesting services from Rapid Vascular Access Nursing Corporation ("RVA," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.

RVA provides mobile vascular access nursing services — including PICC line placement, midline catheter insertion, and ultrasound-guided peripheral IV access — performed by registered nurses pursuant to a valid order from a licensed physician or authorized provider. All procedures are subject to clinical assessment of patient candidacy.

3. No Medical Advice. Website content is general information only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Use of this website does not create a provider–patient relationship.

4. Scheduling & Availability. Stated response times and same-day availability are service goals, not guarantees, and may vary with demand, travel distance, weather, and clinical circumstances. Service hours are Monday–Sunday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM unless otherwise arranged.

5. Cancellations. Facilities or patients should provide as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling a visit. Late cancellations or missed visits after a nurse has been dispatched may be subject to a trip fee as set out in the applicable service agreement.

6. Billing & Payment. Fees, invoicing, and payment terms are governed by the written service agreement between RVA and the referring facility, agency, or responsible party. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due upon the terms stated therein.

7. Facility & Referrer Responsibilities. Referring facilities and providers are responsible for supplying a valid physician order, accurate patient information, a safe working environment for our nurses, and timely access to the patient at the scheduled time.

8. Patient Privacy. Protected health information is handled in accordance with HIPAA and our privacy practices. Please do not submit patient health information through this website; see our HIPAA & Patient Privacy notice.

9. Intellectual Property. All content, text, logos, photographs, and design elements on this website are the property of RVA and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability. This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RVA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website.

11. Governing Law & Disputes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California.
